AradazMaximizer

Not a bad 'maximizer' (which really means limiter in most cases). It achieves a decent level with minimal distortion - but there are other free limiters such Maxwell Smart and Sender Spike's SNO5-G that can achieve louder results. After null testing (load an audio file and the plugin onto a track in your DAW - duplicate it, and invert the phase on that duplicated track) I've concluded that the 'character' dial does absolutely nothing. There is zero change when going fully left to right. The speed switch does something but it's very, very subtle.

I can't believe... I tried many, many, many limiters (not only freeware!), and no one of them was as musical, and transparent as Aradaz Maximizer. 5 STARS - no doubt! Should be even 6 and more!

Very good, and really useful, transparent maximizer

Excellent maximizer! Can add up to 2db to a file without any noticeable dynamic loss unlike the others, lovely on the ears, this is my most used maximiser. Amazing that it should be free!!

It's simple but amazing.

It would be amazing if only it had a kind of switch or whatever that syncronises the Maximize and the Output knob. But aside from that it's very very useful. I use it a lot!
