Cyber is a VST sampler.

Beautiful little sampler with all functions needed.

You can make an instrument from one sound. For some reason it loads several and plays them together, but I managed get mostly random noise that way. With one sample it rocks. Sample loading with right mouse; remember to remove sample before loading a new one (if you want to use just one, that is).
