The M$ 64 VST download contains NO VST files. Only MSE. So how do I load this in LMMS (version 1.2.2) as a VST instrument and make it work? Serious question ... I'm running into this everywhere. VST means not VST, but MSE. And I don't know how to load MSE files in LMMS.

I'm also crazy to know how to do it

To use this in LMMS, you need to download the Win 32 VST, even if you are on 32-bit. Then load this DLL file in by using VeSTige, and it should be up and running! :)

Love the sound of this but there's a really annoying overtone in the samples. Almost like a hum/buzz that's there in the sustain. It's a problem on extended notes/chords. Any way to remove or reduce it easily?

I don't really like it that much because you can hear the keys being pressed so easily. That's just a matter of taste

Thank you for the City Piano plugin. I'm using it with Reaper and it is awesome! One question: Can it response to Mod Wheel input for sustain or tremolo? It doesn't seem to but it would be nice if it could.
Thank you for a great VSTi.

Greatness, sounds legit. Win 10 64 bit Reaper. Only trouble I see is turning attack past half destroys the sound so just don't do that.

Thank you for this plugin, however I'm unable to use it and was wondering if you could help? My DAW is "Studio One 3 Pro x64" .. I've unzipped the plugin to the VSTPlugins folder and directed the DAW to that location. It picks up other 3rd party VST's but not this one. I would think that this piano plugin would appear under instruments but it appears nowhere. Any clues would be helpful, thank you.

That's odd, I actually use Studio 1 V2 64 as my DAW so they all get tested in that. You need the dll in the base directory and then a .instruments directory with an mse file in it. If you unzip the file you download into your VST directory it should work fine. You need the 64 bit version.

I have this plugin on my desktop and it's great, use it often, but when I download it on my laptop it won't open, it says invalid zip file... any thoughts?

Maybe unzip it to a directory on your desktop, copy that directory to a USB thumbdrive and then copy the directory from the USB thumbdrive to your laptop? It is zipped using the standard zip function on 7Zip.

BigCat - I downloaded your Alto Sax VST from your blog/site - sounds great! The link is dead for the soprano sax. Is there any chance of a new link / re-up? or can you post both alto and soprano sax VSTs on VST4FREE? Thanks for some amazing VSTs, really appreciate them :)

Thanks for letting me know. I haven't looked at that page in forever and I forgot I ever did a soprano sax. Let me see if I can get that rebuilt.

I'm sorry it isn't working for you. Which of the downloads are you using and which DAW? Have you tried other instruments made using Maize sampler and do they work?

Big Cat... once again, an amazing plugin - thank you :) The sound is wonderful, my only complaint is that the sound is mono, not stereo. If this was stereo, it would be incredible. Keep up the great work, I really appreciate your plugins.
