dpMeter 5 is a precise digital audio multi channel meter including RMS, EBUR128 and TruePeak (ISP) measurement.
  • Click-free 64-bit internal processing.

  • Multi channel metering: 2-6 RMS channels, 2.0 stereo, 4.0, 4.1 and 5.1 surround.

Similar style to the meter on RX5. Gives you details you need when mastering. Great free meter, thanks a lot ProAudio

You should compile a .dll vst. Many people don't install .exe files, due to security reasons.
