Komodo is a semi-modular synthesizer.
It has a vast range of self contained synth engines, Virtual Analog, Physical modelling, FM, and Bell tones (Ring mod) all routable via filters, Vector controllers, and a variety of envelopes and LFOs then on to multiple effects stages.
Each sound engine can furthermore be controlled by a combination of Keyboard, Sequencers or Arpeggiators.
Things can get crazy very quickly. Its also a very large GUI so some may struggle to fit it onto their screens. Komodo has historically not been that popular as it is a dificult beast to tame but persevere and you will be rewarded.

Very powerful plugin, hard to tame. But fun to play around. Can make strange and peculiar noises as well as pleasing plucks and spaces. the 3 sequencers give the plugin a consciousness

Download this one because of it's name "Komodo". Komodo Dragon is an endangered animal only found in Indonesia. Later found that this plugin is really cool, but the texts are too small, I need to bow down to look closely haha not good for eyes health.

DOWNRIGHT AMAZING. I've tried all the most powerful free synths (Vital, Surge, ZynAddSubFX, Oatmeal). This should be recognized as being up with the big ones.

A very nice VST. I love it. Apart from the GUI. I whish I could redesign and change the arrangement to reflect the signal flow.

Got it loaded... Its display is rather to big for my screen.. But other than that very nice sounds... Gota love Krakli's vst's they are just awesome...
