it Cannot work in 64 bit cubase ? Or host application is too slow ? Anyway it doesn't work in Tokyo.

There was some potential with this vst, but there isn't. The bass sounds are amazing but off key, no matter how much I tune it. I really like this vst, but if you are a tuning god/goddess, I wouldn't recommend it.

I use this constantly. I think I only have one track in the past several years that has an upright or electric bass that ISN'T this plugin. I get around the tuning problem the same way I get around problems with my custom drum setup: I carry over project files with the instruments already defined, so once they're set up properly, I never have to worry about it again. It does still have the forgetting problem and octave differences I mentioned previously, hence 4 stars.

Once you've dialed in the tuning with the Fine control (which can be done, although it shouldn't have to), this works pretty well except: On reloading a project, it reverts back to the default Upright Bass sound, even though the proper bass type appears selected when viewing the plug-in. It is necessary to change to something else and then back, every time the project is loaded. Some of the patches are an octave lower than others.

It is a 32 bit plugin. Use jBridger v1.5 to create a 64 bit copy.

I have the same problem. I guess it's because we don't have a 64 bit version of windows and not the 32 bit version.

Totally out of tune sounds , using the "FINE" parameter makes it even worse. Seems the whole multisamples arent tuned properly. DSK makes great Synths though.

For sound quality I give it a 4, however I find it's a bit out of tune for what I do, I have heard better bass sounds. But then this is coming from someone who still uses sounds from hardware keyboards and synths.

Pas mal du tout: de bonnes sonorités, assez réalistes et facilement paramétrable... Seul point noir, en VSTI il joue 1/2 ton plus haut que voulu ... Mais bon ca se résout.
